I wanted to share with you one observation about the parts of your chart that you shared. I think that one of the reasons you seem to foster relationships with signs that are not supposed to be as compatible with you is because you have so much of the other signs that are not traditionally coupled within a Libra personality in such a large degree. Water signs are very sensitive and you have more than your share of these signs in your birth chart. So I can only imagine how being a Libra that lives in the intellect of their minds, being coupled with so much of the water signs that survive on emotional input and intuition in your chart must make you a very interesting person indeed. I think it could be because of the specific mix of the different signs that are in your chart that you have the capability to merge and be compatible with more than the usual number of astrology signs in friendship or more.

Because water signs are not typically very compatible with air signs you actually have what other Libras lack. I guess from where I am sitting it seems to me that you have a little more going for you than the average Libra. So many times I have read that us Libras would be better off if we could learn to function more from an emotional base and not an intellectual one like we do. So you are a Libra Plus I would say! Just wanted to share my thoughts because I loved a Cancer for many years and we tried three different times to be together, but it was the exact differences in how we relate to others that made it impossible to work between us and we finally had to go our separate ways. I actually used to wish I had allot more water in my birth chart than I do so we might have had a fighting chance.

I just wanted to add that there were so many things in your post that I can relate to. I feel much the same way as you do on some of the subjects you brought up, and I also have very similar likes and personality traits.

Not all Libras are the same so it is nice when I run across one that is more like me. I just wanted to share that with you because it made me feel somewhat more comfortable being I am completely new to this web site. This is my first reply to anyone, and the only other post I have submitted was to say a little about myself and or course to say hello.

I am a Libra with my Ascendant in Sagittarius: I also have Mercury, Neptune, Venus, and Midheaven in Libra. So I guess you could say that I have a very strong influence from my sun sign.

This is my first post here the forums so I guess I am just posting to say hello for the most part. It has been a long time since I have joined an astrology site such as this to submit posts to, but I feel I have chosen a pretty good one.

There is one more thing I would like to share with the group and welcome any comments or opinions about the subject. I was born on Oct. 10th so I am definitely a Libra, but here is the interesting thing. I was born an entire two months before I was supposed to be due to complications my mom had while carrying me. I should have been a December baby and that would have made me a Sagittarius if things had gone according to plan that is. I have wondered sometimes if that fact might have any bearing with why I do have equal personality traits of both signs. My father is a Sagittarius and I can remember countless times that my mom would say I was so much like my dad it was not even funny. Even I have been able to see both signs within me and I have never quite known why. What I mean is more than a rising sign should have influence over a person. Sometimes I feel like a walking paradox.

So I am asking the question to anyone that cares to comment, what their thoughts are regarding something like this. Is the actual birth date the only thing that determines a persons sign, or can there be some kind of blending merging the two signs when a person is scheduled to come into the world and it gets significantly altered. I for one have never been able to figure it out, but I welcome any feedback on the subject, as I feel it would be very interesting to see what others think about the issue.

Wow, I have to say that is one of the most uplifting and enjoyable descriptions of what being a Sagittarius is to you that I have ever read. My father is a Sag. and he has always been very strong, honest, faithful family man and an unstoppable force in providing for his family. There were six of us kids and he worked up to three jobs at times to support us all. And he still found a way to take all ofus on wonderful vacations every year. Like Disneyland, San Francisco to see the ocean, exploring caves in Oregon, and he taught us to fish as soon as we could keep from being pulled in from what we caught, plus we would go play in the snow and ride on a tobaggon.

Here is another kind of funny fact about me. I am a Libra born on Oct. 10th but was born two months early. This means I was meant to be born a Sagittarius not a Libra. But my ascendant is in Sagittarius, well here just let me list where things are in my chart. So you can see that my intended sun sign still has allot of influence on me.

I know that is just part of the whole but I still think it may give you some idea of how blended I am between the two signs. I have only had the opportunity to pair up with one Sag. for a very short while and it was something I will never forget. I guess because of the particulars in our charts we seemed to be a match made in heaven. I have never connected with another person like I did with this one. The relationship was short lived because his ex wife decided she wanted to try to work things out with him one more time. They had a beautiful little two year old girl and I just could not even think of standing in the way of him being able to be with his daughter every day as he was missing her so very much. He felt going back was the right thing to do mostly for his small daughter and I agreed that she was the most important thing in his world as she should be.

It did break my heart that we would never be able to see just where things could have lead us. But it did allow me to find out that this is a sign where things could work out very well. Leo is one other sign that I do very well with but still feel that a Sag would be the best fit for me from my experiences so far. One final thing I have read about is the connection between an Aquarius and a Libra. It is said to be the best paring of any of my compatible signs in as far as having an excellent chance have the relationship work. But unfortunately I have never been with an Aquarius so I don't have any real first hand experience as to what a relationship would truly be like. Gemini is said to be the most problematic of any sign I could pair up with for certain reasons.

gosh I am sorry for rambling on and on, especially for not even being on the Libra section of this forum. I am totally new here so I guess I figured I would try and let everyone get to know me a little better. I would welcome any comments about my being born a Libra due to the complications that caused my early arrival at birth. It makes me wonder sometimes if I truly am a Libra because of my actual birth date or a strange blending of both signs. I say this because I strongly possess so many of the Sagittarius traits in addition to the Libra. I will always remember my mom saying that I am more like my father than I even realize and he is a Sagittarius.

My son is a Leo and his girlfriend is an Aquarius and they are both 19 years old. I have not had much experience with this combination as a couple, but it seems to be a very compatible solid connection between these two. Even thought they are young I have witnessed an intense level of feelings for one another ever since the relationship started. She was with someone else when my son met her that was not very good to her in that relationship, and my son remained her friend through all the problems she was going through until she finally left the person. After a time of getting over the breakup they finally started getting closer and he finally asked her to come visit him. She lived in another state far away and they knew each other over the Internet for over a year. She was one of many friendships my son has fostered over time with others that have similar interests as he does. So he waited for her for along time before she finally came to visit us. Well things went so well that she could not bring herself to leave and go back home so we invited her to stay. That was back in March and the two of them still seem inseparable. It is hard to explain but these two have the kind of connection you only see once in a very great while. The kind of bond that visibly speaks to the rest of the world that what they are seeing is the real thing, the kind of love that can go the distance. I know it sounds like I am exaggerating but believe me I am not. They are so compatible and in love that you can tangibly see it in each of them. And it has not wavered even a tiny bit since their relationship started. Anyway this has been my first and only experience with a union between a Leo and an Aquarius.
