i lost my oldest son in a custody battle with his father in 2003 i was wondering if you could tell me if or when i will be getting him back i been fighting for just about 5 yrs an the father has more money then me i am just gettin to the point to where i can no fight no more but i love him an want him back he also wants to come live with me but hes only 8 yrs old an he has to be aleast 12 yrs old
