I noticed that the opportunity and future cards in all the spreads are very positive while the other cards are not that great.
So overall I would say that in the future you will have a beautiful, loving and fulfilling relationship with someone else. As for this one, I don't see it going too far emotionally.
I would like to comment on a few cards
Seven of Swrods - Both of you are not open with each other and there is a lot you havenot divulged about yourself and lot you don't know about him. This may be due to the fact that there is a lack of trust or if the relationship is new or not started, then you both don;t want to open up until you are sure of the others' feelings.
Three of Wands - Your partner feels positive about the future of the relationship, but feels you are far away figuratively or literally and he may not be able to make the effort to bridge that gap.
Five of wands - he is still not sure about whether he wants this or not. He has not made a strong decision yet. There is still conflict regarding this in his mind.
Emperor - As there are no cup cards in the entire spread, there is no emotion in this relationship yet. And that is the challenge. To develop and express emotions, which is a prerequisite to amke a relationship work. So for the post part, I associate the Emperor with the mals partner (and this could be so), but in thsi case I think it may be talking of inititating emotions in the realtionship as a whole.
In the past, the company has made a lot of losses which have really dented its future prospects.
At present, the energies are still misdirected and the person in charge (may be a woman) doesn't really know what he/she is doing and has no idea how he/she can turn the business around.
In the future, the crisis situation will continue and although the losses may be less than now, the company turning around or making profits anytime soon looks really remote and unlikely.
I am sorry but it may be better to move out keeping the future in mind. Just my view.
Devil - You feel you are chained in some ways, by following the spiritual path because it in many ways is taking you away from the real and material world (that you miss).

But remember, you have to turn your life "upside down" to actually learn what life is all about. So although you may view this as a negative at present, the "old tower" has to be stripped down to build a "beautiful palace"
Hermit - The card of introspection and "finding" oneself
Overall, you have just begun your journey and it is natural to feel the upheaval, doubts and turmoil that you are feeling. Don't run away from it, but rather embrace it. And through that embrace, you will get a clear answer. You heart already know the answer, but if you face these feelings head on, your mind will know it too. And then you will be on your way without any doubts or apprehentions.
The Hermit card and what you said about your friends made me thing of something else that I thought I must mention. A spiritual path does not mean total detachment from the material world. It is about living in the material world but at the same time being detached from its results or attachments of any kind. Spirituality and being one with God is about loving all people, and how can we love people if we shy away from them? So meeting friends or people in general, is imperative for spiritual growth.
But do not try to force or even present your views to most people. 90 % of the people you meet will not understand a word of what you are talking and neither are they interested, But that doesn't mean you are on the wrong track. The need for approval from others (or even agreement) is the ego talking, and you don't need that at all. You are no one to judge where other people are and whether what they are doing is right or wrong. Again, the ego comes in here, because the ego wants constant reassurance that it is right. When you are with your friends (or anyone else for that matter) enjoy the moment and dwell in the love around. Thats all you really need to do. Everything else will be taken care of by the Universe.

The Knight of Cups came up for the question "what stands between you two right now". And i think that means that one of you have to offer "the cup of love" to the other again for the relationship to go forward. Otherwise it will be how it is right now, going nowhere.
Overall, I feel that this guy feel really good and positive about you and the relationship, But unless you don't make a decision to leave four present boyfriend there is nothing he or anyone else can do to take this relationship further.

Yes, I think i agree with your interpretation. Even if he does start a relationship, it will be based mainly on sex and will be short-lived.
This spread could be talking about a relationship or work issue. I am treating it as relationship, but the same would apply for any other situation.
In the past things have been moving slow and not as fast as you want. At present, you are confused about where the relationship is going and where you want it to go. Hi Chance, I will first try and interpret the Celtic Cross reading because I think that is more important and generally gives a good insight of the overall situation.
The Devil card is a very strong card and is probably the root of your problem. The Devil indicates addiction of some kind, it could be drugs, alcohol or even too much sex. The EIght of Cups suggests you have tried to come out of it but its caused you great amount of stress and crisis in the past (tower + nine of swords).
Please note that the Devil may also indicate a relationship you are chained to and can't get out of, so it could be referring to that as well.
In the near future, you are going to have to deal with this alone and will have to find the answers yourself, by introspecting and looking inside.

You are right. I held on to her for almost three years after we broke up, hoping she would come back. I have never felt like that about any other woman, and I really felt like we were soulmates. But after three years, the waiting and heartache had taken such a huge toll that I realised I would seriously hurt myself physically and emotionally if I held on to it any further. Ironically, 6 months after that I had to have an angioplasty (though I do not know if the two are related because I have a strong family history and high cholestrol as well).
Although I don't think of her that often now, there is always a tug in my heart whenever I do.
