Although I've had readings in the past I'm somewhat new to tarot cards.

I have some French cards of my own and I'm struggling to find the meaning of a certain card.

''Fabrique Par Heraclio Fournier Vitoria''

I have tried researching this but no luck.

It might seem like a silly question but can someone be kind enough to tell me what this particular means?
