I see that you are on the brink of something new and you're in a transitional period. It is time to move ahead with balance and strength. You are sensitive and open right now - which is a wonderful state of being. But there really are wolves in sheep's clothing in every aspect of life, and you can help yourself by developing discernment about what's presented to you. Not everyone will have your best interests at heart. I do not see a relationship at this time, but much potential exists. You have all you need to get to where you want to go. I am sorry to say this, but I agree with what others have told you about your energy influencing the outcome of your readings. It's something we all have to be careful of when we're reading for ourselves. Sometimes our desire for a certain outcome/interpretation can override all else. You're chasing your own tail right now and that is making you crazy.

What I see is that you have invested a tremendous amount of energy into trying to be the right person for him. You have been carrying the full burden of the relationship and all of the resulting fear and insecurity that if you don't do exactly the right thing, Mr. Hot will turn into Mr. Cold.

What you do not mention is what YOU want in a relationship. It seems that in your quest to be the perfect mate for him, you have forgotten about yourself. Do you really want a relationship like this - constantly unaware of where you stand with him - yo-yoing back and forth, unable to count on anything? I do not see whether he will visit you or not - what I do see that you are at a fork in the road and you have a choice to make.

It can be very intoxicating to be swept off one's feet - all of the intensity is very delicious and satisfying. It's what comes after the initial fireworks that determines whether a relationship will work or not.

He's shown you how he will treat you. Is that what you want to settle for?

I mean great success with your meditations....for me meditation is part of my Yoga.

Sounds like you're doing what works well for you! I too find my head tilting to the left and slightly above eye level. Any chance that you're an artist/writer or creative person? I've heard that when one is imagining something you're more likely to look slightly up and to the left....but when one is recalling something, you're more likely to look up slightly and to the right. Maybe that has something to do with your head tilt too.

But deep breathing does have a healing and relaxing effect on the body and mind, and I think it is an important aspect of meditation. If you are interested in learning some breathing techniques, following are two different methods that I use. Or do some research to find different methods for different situations - there are a lot of them!

Regular deep breathing - breath in through your nose, let's say for a count of 5, breathe out through your nose for a count of 5, keeping the rhythm flowing with no stops and starts after breaths - slow and steady, really filling your lungs and diaphragm deeply and then emptying them thoroughly.

If you feel anxiety or are unable to let go of something, get into yoga position, breathe in through your nose for a count of 5, and breathe out through your mouth for a count of 8. Again, slow and steady, really filling your lungs and diaphragm deeply then emptying them thoroughly.

Do this until you feel more balanced and calm.

Hi there everyone!

I've been following this thread too, doing the difficult work of looking inside myself and letting go of the things that keep me from moving forward. The fact that there are so many willing to give a helping hand to another (without judgment) while dealing with their own difficult issues is very inspirational.

I especially like the message that no matter the tribulations on the outside and inside, you can carve a place in your heart and in your life for joy, love and peace.

Yes, I believe you did read for me in the past....I was facing some tough health issues (ovarian cancer) and you told me that in the end, all will be well. You were right! I'm doing very well and I am striving to help others going through the same thing. It's hard sometimes to let go of the fear of a relapse, and that has been on my mind lately, thus my request.

Your reading was spot-on, and I thank you for sharing such a wonderful gift with such grace!

You are so strong to get through such a difficult time with such grace. Strength seems to come when we need it the most - your sister is so lucky to have you. I too will lift a glass to the memory of your brother in law, and to you and your family as well tomorrow night....and to all that are fighting cancer right now. I'm a cancer survivor of a year now. I know I couldn't have gotten through it without the support of my dear sister. My heart goes out in prayer to all who are going through this challenge.
