You may get the opportunity to see him again but in time you will come to see in some way that he isn't for you or your personal growth, not in a negative way, as this has something to do with timing. My thoughts are that as the two of swords is tension while a decision is made followed by the 2 of cups - a happy union or reunion could be your return to work especially if you had a good working relationship with your manager. The 2 of wands is often 2 things merging to make one. Perhaps your role when you return will mean you have more responsibilities, this could link with 2 of pentacles which often shows juggling more than one thing. The 2 of Pentacles could also be you juggling two different jobs.

I drew the 9 of Pentacles for the overall energy of the reading. The 9 of Pentacles is a great card to receive if you are considering a business or creative venture. The 9 of Pentacles is independence, going it alone and achieving financial success and independence. It is a time to be confident in your abilities as you are able to achieve success and reach your long-term goals. The number 9 is the number for leadership and nearing completion, I would say this is a strong sign you should absolutely begin or continue the process of writing your book, be confident that this will bring you the long-term success you hope for.

Card 1 - 8 of Cups is the need to let go of emotional attachments that do not serve you in the present to make space for abundance in the future. I have read over your reading and card 1 the 4 of pentacles is about security and stability in your life, because you received the Tower I feel the disruption this caused relates to your sense of security and stability (sometimes financial). The Tower indicates your sense of security and stability could have been built on foundations that did not serve you in love and so these foundations have been destroyed so you can rebuild the foundations with what will serve you best as you move forward in love. The destruction of the tower can be earth shattering, upsetting and even scary as what you once had is now completely gone, but you now have the chance to rebuild something more authentic that in the long-term will bring you happiness in love.

My feeling is that the 4 of pents is an indication that your sense of security is an area in love that you need to focus on. Stability and security are important factors for a relationship to be successful but there needs to be more to a relationship for it to thrive.
