Boy do I understand the Gemini to Scorpio magnet

My Best Friend, and husband are both Scorpios and I am a Gemini

There is a huge attraction between myself and Scorpios, but then again, I am a very passionate person and so are they and Im not just talking about naughty bits, Anything myself and they believe in or participate in is done wholeheartedly.

Gemini woman here, I have a question.

I was born May 30th, and I also have a very hard time getting along with other women.

why is it that we cannot get along even with other Geminis?

I am not catty or jealous or have low self esteem, I love fun and am very flexible when it comes to when I can see my best friend as she has a very busy family and job. I just seem to have my ideas ignored, she then turns and does what I am dying to do with a friend, with other people.

She is my best friend and we are there for each other no matter what when we really need someone to talk to , however, any idea I came up with is overwritten, ignored, has the plans changed or I find out she did the exact same thing with someone else.

She says I need to realize she can have other interests and friends blah blah but doesn' t seem to understand I NEED to do the activities I keep trying to do and not just be the friend who understands and has plans cancelled and babysits at the last moment so she can go out and do things with other people.

What am I supposed to do to get her to let me pick some of our activities, get her to stop cancelling and do anything other than sit around in her or my vehicle and smoke and talk when SHE has time. I feel like she knows I need time with her and takes advantage of it . No one else has ever treated me this way and gotten away with it but she is my only close female friend and I fear it is her way or the highway. HELP

I am also a Gemini, but i think you are wrong about Scorpios.

They are not evil or conniving, just very very in control of themselves and their environment.

I know this because my ex husband, best friend and current husband are Scorpio.

It is not easy being attracted to Scorpios when I am Gemini, I have learned to accept and give total honesty. and I mean TOTAL ..........it can sometimes seem painful until you realize that one must be able to accept what one dishes so easily. As one of the Twins I give total honesty, which means I have loads of acquaintences and few close freinds. Scorpios are not our enemies, they are just hard for us to get along with sometimes and equally as stubborn as we can be. The good ones appreciate our spontenaity even if it does scare them and put up with our chattiness because they find us upbeat and very very interesting. .....................after all how long can a Gemini be bored????...............only as long as it takes to find something else interesting.

Sorry I call BS there is nothing on this planet that can change any person's feelings for any other person except themselves.

I have said this before and I will say it again. Any path we walk on that involves us repeatedly bashing our heads against the wall is the wrong path.

Any lover who leaves us must return NOT because we are chasing or pining away or sitting and praying and waiting or casting spells.

The most powerful person in the world to attract any other person is YOU. you need to be grateful for the opportunity before you to reinvent yourself, CAST OUT the weaknesses, the insecurity, the body image problems, EMBRACE your body, mind, soul, spirit, strengths, likes, dislikes and be strong, let others know what really works for you and what doesn't .

YOU really are your own best friends, soul mate, etc. YOU control the thoughts of being attractive, smart, deserving, fun, beautiful, bountiful, etc. You get to write, star in and direct your own movie called YOUR LIFE

Ever notice how attractive people are when they walk talk and act with confidence as if they already have all they need and more would be great but they are not needy.

Trust me it works, I was a 317 lb woman going through a divorce, with a young son.

I remade my person. I was still large, still going to lawyers, still a single mom, but I made new friends, engaged in activities I always wanted to try, reinvented myself and along the way attracted the attention of many wonderful potential partners in life. Most of them were people I saw for a while, but I told them I did not want a serious relationship, I put up the parameters of who I saw , when I saw them and what I was willing to do, The stronger I was, the more poeple of substance and quality found me attractive. Sometimes I just told everyone I was busy because I wished to simply enjoy my own company.

Like magic, my pounds melted off, I met some one who is was really interested in. I never ever looked backward to see what I could cling onto from my past or fix or lure back to me. If someone wanted my attention they had to get my attention as I became a vivacious, busy, fun, self assured, self confident, proud person inside and out.

PLEASE< PLEASE don't chase a difficult past, go on to your rightful future, own it , make it and live it with all the choices in the world ahead of you and no regrets about the past.

My life now...............I have been with my wonderful man for 14 years We are both strong people that others find they are drawn to. We are COMPLETELY honest with each other whether the other will necessarily like what we have to say or not. We are completely in love. We are richer, happier and more socially busy than we ever dreamed, have already seen more of the world than we ever imagined. Neither of us puts any limits on what we believe we can do .

we are realistic, and know we sometimes have to wait to do everything we wish, but planning and researching future travels, workouts, restaurants is fun in itself.

Do you not realize that YOU are your ideal soulmate. You are the person who turns you on the most, you are the romantic, the planner, the practical one, the spontaneous one..........................

YOU are the one through the power of letting yourself run with the thoughts that appeal to you the most YOU control who you are ; your own happiness, your destiny , your luck, your sex appeal ..........as long as your locus of control is on others you will never find what or who you are looking for. This may sound self centred, but it is really based on THe Secret - you must project that you already possess the secret to an amazing, intense, wonderful life and you are just seeeking the things, people and experiences needed to bring out what you already know you possess.

A person who is grateful, self aware, self confident and very able to say whether a particular experience suits their purpose or not is very powerful, almost irresistable and will always get what and who they need in their life. They simply do not allow anything else and are able to cut people conversations and situations off at the knees and simply be alone rather than participate in anything that isn't what they are looking for. This can be done by simply nicely saying NO THANKYOU . It is very empowering, does not lead to being bithchy and works wonders in how others see you.

Be very careful with the people who NEED you around them.

Do you feel tired and physically, mentally drained around them?

If so, you need to remember to recharge your own battery and to protect yourself from being basically drained.

There are some people who feed off other peoples energy whether they know it or not.

A good spiritual safeguard is to keep an energy chrystal on you and some black hematite just in case they are also transferring their negative energy to you. Don't be afraid, or just leave them alone; they do need you and some people do need specifically you around; others just need whoever they can get their positive energy from.

Just keep yourself strong and know to be honest when you are too tired to see them right now and honor those feelings. Remember to put yourself first and you will be a great help to those who need you.
