One of my FB friends just posted this article and I wanted to get your opinions on this.

This basically says with the changes in the Earth's alignment to the Sun, the zodiacal sign dates have changed and a 13th sign, Ophiuchus, has been added.

So what do you think? Does this hold water? I think its a bit of BS.
