Good question, what I do to feed my soul and brighten my light is wake up with GRADITUDE.

Graditude for the simply thngs. Such as waking up and having food. Graditude throughout the day for the most simple things keep me humble and allow outside darkness to not permiate my light. I beleive in my heart that the days I whine and complain are the days I forgot to wake up and thank the universe for all I have. I do not mean my material possesions. I mean my awareness of a higher power and my ability to humble.
