3 card tarot reading - interpretations from others appreciated

Hi - I am wondering how others would interpret the following 3 cards.
The question was regarding the state of a relationship and whether it was really at its end.
The 5 of pentacles and 7 of swords are certainly not good cards and would indicate a bad outcome to me, but would like the opinion of others.
