Moon Sign/Rising Sign??

How do you know what your moon sign and rising sign are? I am a Scorpio but do not understand how to figure the other parts out. Is there a good book on this or something that tells me my moon sign and rising sign?

Hi Monkey4934. To find out your Moon & Rising signs you will need your exact time of birth from your birth certificate. Once you have that, I suggest going to www.astro.com. You can get a profile of your chart there for free. You can also get that information here on Tarot.com. The main piece of information you need is your exact time of birth. Hope that helps!
