Chakra Cleansing ..Does anyone do them ?

Hello Ladies or Gents ,
I very much would like a Chakra Cleansing .I am not even sure if that is what you call it . I feel all my Chakra's are totally out of balanced and that I in need of a complete over haul lol .:O) I thought if I had a cleaning it would help me in many areas of my life .
I was told awhile back, that I I have to work on opening up my Heart Chakra . Not really sure on how to do that or even how I open up my other Chakra's to where they should be . If anyone could help me out with this I would really appreciate it . Even if is to just tell me how to do it myself that would be ok as well .
