The Good Karma Community Challenge

  • I am eternally grateful for my life and the people in it! It is so easy to get bogged down by the everydayness of life and people. But I have a wonderful supportive husband, 4 terriffic and healthy kids, a dog that adores me and great family and friends that mean the world to me. In addition to good health. I am truly blessed! Happy and safe and healthy holidays to everyone!

  • I am thankful for so many things...

I give thanks for given life this lifetime.

I give thanks for every challenging life lesson that has allowed me to be a stronger person, affording me the opportunity to help others.

I give thanks to those who teach. For every life lesson I am present is an opportunity for me to learn more about myself. By doing so, everyone benefits from the lessons I learn.

I am grateful to those who have taught me compassion, congruancy and midnfullness. For thoughts really do become things. Therefore, every day is an opportunity to energetically send good thoughts.
