Why in UK daytime are all topics clothes related

why is it that in the UK daytime when I come in for a chat, all, or the majority of the topics are taken up with clothes for sale advertising, I know there is a place for these things, but I don't believe that this is it, does anyone agree ?

I reported it this morning as an abuse. I said well why is it you don't want up posting links so people can learn yet you allow them to advertize on here. And reported it.

I've complained a few times too and I noticed that there's been times when it actually looks like a valid thread. How annoying, if I wanted commercials I'd go watch tv!!!

true, but I try not to pay attention to the tv ads, but definitely blocking the IP address should get rid of the problem as the forumsare for the people here, the ads should be paid for and not in the forums themselves, maybe admin could invoice them ?
