IS there a difference between the dates 20/02/2020 and 02/20/2020 in numerology?

In different parts of the world dates are written in different ways.
date/month/year or month/date/year
next year there is a day when all the numbers line up.
20/02/2020 English way of writing
or
02/20/2020 American way of writing
it was better when it was 20/02/2002 or 02/20/2002.
So is there any difference with in numerology in te way the date is written.
