Not exactly tragic as an outcome but not the best either. The 7 of Pents normally shows someone exhausted from hard work. It suggests that one person will be putting in all the work and feeing like maybe it’s not worth it...
But I would need to know the surrounding cards....

So you just pulled 3 cards? If the last card was outcome, what did the other 2 represent? Also, do you allow for reversals or just upright? Lastly, what deck did you use? My interpretations are based on Rider Waite imagery..,
