Sorry for the interruption loves but I would appreciate some advice on shielding yourself from negative energy as an empath and keeping a positive perspective even when all is lost. Im trying to really align with the law of attraction and preserve through my depressive episodes I go through periodically. Any insight would be helpful, I am stronger than my emotions and just need help guiding them in a healthy direction?

raise your shield and say ...all poison arrows will return to sender. If you are having a panic attack..use a repeated mantra until it passes. One of my favorites is .....ALWAYS US LIVING LOVE. Another one is IT IS GOOD TO FEEL SAFE....IT IS SAFE TO FEEL GOOD.
