TheCaptain please may i ask a job reading?

Hello TheCaptain! If you have time, could you please tell me, do you see and improvements for me concerning job? Can i find a stable job in a month or two and probably could you advise where i should search? (I have a job gap and i think that creates me problems in search).
And some months ago, probably you remember, i asked about contacting one man, i couldn't get in touch with him, he later wrote me however that they do not need new employees right now, and suggested me to ask about it later. (Probably it was just politeness) , anyway i also think it is a bad idea to contact him again?
