Question about tarot cards

I did a spread for myself and these are the cards that I pulled it was a love spread
1. Communication - The Temperance Card
2. The Partner - The Fool
3. Love - Devil
4. The Present - The Faith Card
5. Dreams - The World
6. Friendship - The Hermit
7. Sex - The Magician
I am should what the "The Present card" was I am sure why I put the faith card. But can anybody please help with this spread.
