Agyness the blonde model,name change!

Does anyone know where the model Agyness Deyn found the man that changed her name for her, they say change your name .change your life, so i would be interested in finding him and seeing which name he thought suited me ,if it was better than the one i have now,
i know her life changed 100% as soon as her name changed,
of course you may say it was luck she was found,as she is beautiful,and clean living ...so a great role model for younger girls.
I also did read a book, the name you were born to have, that said you are named your birth name for a reason, so there are many different thoughts on the matter,
but if anyone knows the chaps website , i would be very grateful,
