Mariame, I don't know about your cards, I simply drew two cards,
Outlook if you stay at your job? Four of Disks
Outlook if you leave? Five of disks
My sense tells me you won't be significantly changing anything in your life by a move (the cards so close together and in the same material suit of disks). The four is very stable, foundational, so my heart is saying you are probably best suited to stay. Still, the final decision is always yours and no matter what you decide you can be assured that all will work out well for you!
