Need Help with my Tarot Cards Reading Please

I'm new to the forum but have joined tarot.com for a years now. I had done the "Tarot Tree Of Life" and asked to "Give me a reflection of what is going to happen about the situation that I am in right now". I was wondering, if anyone could help and tell me what all the cards is trying to tell me. I've read all the cards and the description but don't really understand it. Thanks so much! Any help is greatly appreciated.
