I did a three card spread. Asking if my Leo crush and I will have a meaningful friendship/relationship. The following cards appeared. ( I don't understand the reversal meanings of cards.)

Connection: 10 - pentacles - reversed
Small talk: Lovers - reversed
Can anyone she more light on this interpretation? Maybe explain what makes the reverse change the meaning of the cards and how?
