What is causing my insomnia?
i can't get to sleep for the life of me thanks
Could it be anxiety and nervous energy? Are you thinking too much, perhaps thinking negative thoughts over and over and over.. or just thinking in general and fearing the outcome?
Practical advice would be to try to walk or exercise after dinner, no coffee or tea or stimulants 2 hours before bed time and maybe burn some candles and incense , listen to some soft music, to get you in the mood of relaxation.
i think so i just can't seem to get rid of it or stop thinking lol
