Thank you so much for your response. I was thinking of doing some form of consulting, but not sure what yet.
I never looked at the queen of swords and the chariot representing some sense of self-control......interesting!
I have some things to ponder on.
Yes, that is correct about the past, present and future cards. Unfortunately, because it was so long ago, I had zeroed in on those 3 and forgotten the rest, other than her saying that "The Magician" card on the left was a very good card to get, that I am able to manifest easily... my skills are increasing, etc... I also remember that one of the cards indicated to her that I needed to ground myself. Afterwards, she told me and another tarot reader that this was the best/most positive reading she'd given anyone all day! This gave me hope because things were not going well for me at the time, so I was expecting the worst. And now, nearly 3 months later, my health has taken a big decline, and the prognosis isn't good.
Thank you both so much for the replies.
This person who asked is a very close friend, so I know all the details, which means I sometimes can't be 100% sure if I am playing on what I know, even subconsciously, and going with that.
You both, Black Hatter and Nick, have picked up on different points of the story, and both of you are right. Isn't it interesting how much you can get from these cards.
For me the first card brought a weight onto me, I was looking at the card but I couldn't peice to together what it meant, I'd read the meanings and still not be sure even though the words were right in front of me. I took that as a direct link into how my friend was feeling at the time, disconnected, worried and a little trapped.
By not dealing with these feelings it led to some acting out.
The second card was also a real indicator of why, there were so many scattered thoughts and feelings all at once that were being internalised and led to a dark place. Eventually it becomes overwhelming.
My advice was to make sure they were being honest and true with their feelings and emotions so that you can move on properly. Don't be motivated for the wrong reasons.
There was definitely drama! Thanks so much for the insight again! Really interesting!

sun, ace of cups
The Sun's appearance in your Tarot reading as an indicator that everything is going in the right direction for you. Its Positive reading and all is gone in your favor.
@p21023 I know a great technique to help you. You can use a pendulum! It's not difficult to use and learn.
You have to however connect with yourself in a peaceful state. So meditate, clear your head and start drowsing.
Check some tutorials on YouTube.
I have tried it and it works like a charm. It's not an add I swear!
Your body will speak and tell you how your subconscious mind is feeling.
As the pendulum moves towards yes or a no be aware of how you feel about the answer. If you feel your question is emotionally loaded, write your questions on different pieces of paper and just put the papers under the pendulum and ask for the answer to that question.
@indigo2kia Yes. Swords have to do with communication and Intellect. It could indicate that this person would be satisfied and fulfilled in a job involving those subjects or that the job that would provide this person with personal fulfilment will come through a mature woman who is sharp, witty and in to some way cold. (Not heartless).
I've been reading usung different tarot decks and I agree that each deck has varied meanings. Though they vary, each card in each deck still represent the same idea, thought it symbolizes. I'd like to share some tips on how I manage to read cards using diff decks:
Assign a particular nickname for each cards. This doesn't have to be complicated. Just make sure that the name you will assign perfectly describes the card. For example, ace of cups is home. Now, to interpret the card, look at the image each deck depicts and figure out how the images relate to your nickname.
Use your intuition. Let the words, thoughts etc flow. Trust whatever word comes first on your mind. Your interpretation does not necessarily have to be exactly like what is stated in the book. I only use them as guide.
If you have different decks, take some time to compare each cards. For example, take all the tower cards from each deck and meditate on it. Try to find the similarities and differences.
Hope these helps!
Dreams of giving birth unless you are pregnant are generally good dreams but are about your progress or your desire for progress. Giving birth is usually a positive dream and validates a positive change in yourself. Write down your dreams as other details can have added meaning. Include how you felt in the dream as often when interpreting dreams the visual is only part of the meaning. How did you feel in the dream? Your card interpretation is not what I see and try and not pull just for fun or out of restlessness. Avoid yes no questions.
Thank you for the positive feed back! I am grateful that you had an open mind to my suggestion and were not offended! In that state of mind you definitely have the right intention for doing readings for others. It is a challenge to hear a message despite any expectations or logic. BLESSINGS!
